Welcome to Stable House

In the past decade, Brooklyn has become a city-within-a-city for unique individuals. With that in mind, we introduce The Stable House – converted apartment living in the heart of the borough for young professionals, families and artists. Located on Bedford Avenue, this 42-unit complex is a 5-minute bike ride from Pratt and Williamsburg, while situated a block from the C and S trains for a quick, easy commute to Manhattan.

We’ve retrofitted The Stable House as a truly self-sufficient apartment building that maintains design motifs from its former usage as a horse stable. With the most comprehensive amenity offerings in Brooklyn, the building includes a gym, laundry rooms, congregation areas for drinking and lunch, bike storage and rentals, a screening room, and long drafting tables for art projects. All apartments are spacious, renovated with new stainless steel appliances and contain large windows.
